Ashley House is a superb detached house on the edge of the village of Piddletrenthide just eight miles from Dorchester in Dorset. The cottage has five bedrooms consisting of three doubles (one with an ensuite), one twin and a single with a pull out bed, as well as two family bathrooms, which makes it suitable for up to ten people. The rest of the accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with a dining area and two sitting rooms (one with an open fire). To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for four cars, a lawned garden with a patio and outdoor furniture and an unheated outdoor swimming pool with a spacious paved terrace. Perfect as a base for discovering the beautiful west downs of Dorset or for exploring the coastline, Ashley House is a magnificent house any time of the year.

Oil central heating with open fire in sitting room. 5-ring electric range cooker with double oven & grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, one with Freeview (limited reception at times), DVD, iPod dock, CD/radio, library of DVDs, books & games. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Please bring own towels for swimming pool. Lawned garden area with patio & furniture. Unheated outdoor swimming pool, 12ft x 24ft x 4ft deep, available May to October inclusive. Spacious paved terrace around pool. Off road parking for 4 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 1 mile. Note: Children must be supervised around the pool area at all times. Note: This owner requires a £100 refundable Good Housekeeping bond prior to arrival. |
